Contractor

$149 /month

Up to 50 Workers

Multiple sites running at once with real job costing.

Start with Contractor

Every plan is the whole product — there is no feature gating between tiers, and no three-user minimum. Above 50 Workers it is $3.50 per Worker per month. Everything starts with a free 30-day trial, no card, and you can move down a tier as easily as up.

In every plan

  • Unlimited photos at full resolution — originals, never downscaled
  • Unlimited Sites, Jobs, Customers and Cost Codes
  • Annotation, Site albums, search and share links
  • Time tracking with cost codes, breaks and an audit trail
  • Approvals, labour burden and payroll export
  • Crew scheduling and daily assignments
  • Forms, checklists and the job completion gate
  • Certification tracking with expiry warnings
  • Every role — owner, admin, foreman and worker
  • Works with no signal

Included

Unlimited originals, at full resolution

Not "unlimited photos" that quietly become 2048 pixels wide on upload. The file that comes off the phone is the file we keep, for as long as you are a customer, and it is the file you get back if you leave.

Included

No three-user minimum

A two-truck outfit should not be billed as though it were three. There is no floor under the plan other than the plan itself.

Included

30 days, no card

Long enough to cover a full payroll week twice and see whether the upload queue survives a day with no signal. That is the question that actually matters.

Against the two-app stack

If you are already paying for a photo app and a time app, this is roughly the arithmetic at 8 field workers.

Approximate monthly cost comparison at 8 workers
What you pay for Per month
CompanyCam — job site photos $99
busybusy — time tracking $120
That stack, together $219
Crewsome, all three lanes $29

Approximate published list prices at 8 workers, checked when this page was written; both vendors change them. Check your own invoice. And if the only reason to move is the invoice, stay where you are — the reason worth moving for is having one record instead of two.

Questions people actually ask

Is there really no card needed for the 30-day trial?
No card. You get the whole product for 30 days — photos, time and scheduling, nothing held back — and if you do nothing at the end of it, it stops. We would rather you used it on a real job than watched a demo.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Several tools in this category will not sell you fewer than three seats, which is an awkward bill for a two-truck operation. If you have three Workers, you pay the three-Worker price, which here is the same as the eight-Worker price because the band covers you either way.
What counts as a Worker?
A person whose time is being tracked in a given month — employee, subcontractor or day labourer. It is not a login. A foreman logging hours on behalf of a Worker who has no phone still means that Worker counts, because the value is in the record, not the seat. Charging per login would just reward gaming it.
Do you compress or delete my photos?
Neither. Originals are stored at full resolution and are never downscaled or expired. Photographs are evidence in insurance, warranty and payment disputes, and a compressed copy is a worse one. This is the single biggest cost of running the product and it is why there is no permanently free tier.
What happens if my crew grows mid-month?
You move to the band that covers your Worker count. Above 50 Workers it is $3.50 per additional Worker per month. Seasonal crews shrink again, and so does the bill.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — photos at full resolution with their original capture times and coordinates, and time entries as a normal export. A photo archive you cannot leave with is a hostage, not a feature.

Nobody is being charged yet

We are running a free pilot with a handful of real crews first. Leave an email and you will hear from us when the 30-day trial opens.

One email when Crewsome opens, and nothing else. No newsletter, no partners.
